Fall Lecture Series: “Lake Erie’s Perfect Storm”

“Lake Erie’s Perfect Storm: Black Friday, October 20, 1916” by Carrie Sowden, Archaeological Director for the National Museum of the Great Lakes

Four ships and 58 crew members were lost when a storm hit Lake Erie on what would come to be known as “Black Friday.” Join us to learn about and commemorate the 100-year anniversary of this tragic event.
